All design options are open to you: We offer ideal conditions for companies and their business conferences as well as for external seminar leaders who want to impart holistic knowledge for body, mind and soul.

You are free to decide whether you simply want to rent the appropriate rooms and organize your conference yourself, or whether you want to make use of our in-house professional facilities.

And as wellness and life balance have always played an important role at Hotel Sonnentau, we also offer a wide range of seminars and courses of our own accord. Combinations of external events with internal offers are also no problem. For example, it is possible to gather your own company staff for a meeting during the day and then round off the working atmosphere with a holistic group experience or a relaxing course in Qi Gong. Let us advise you individually.

Our Josef room with its cosy wood furnishings and tiled stove provides a feeling of security and its square shape gives it an orderly and structured appearance. The Sonja room and other group rooms are also available for smaller events.

Our rooms can accommodate between 10 and 40 participants. Meetings, conferences or seminars can be booked with or without overnight accommodation and individual catering. And after the courses or discussions, you can relax in our wellness area. Other options for a successful end to the day are the Rhön evenings, torchlight hikes or fitness classes. The ideal way to round off your meeting at Hotel Sonnentau!
