As a collaborating firm of the biosphere reserve, we particularly pay attention to local specialties and suppliers in our restaurant. Besides the traditional Rhöner and Franconian food like prime boiled beef with horseradish the modern cuisine also possesses a high value in our menu. Especially the stuffed pasta with fresh vegetables or our savoy roulade with minced beef and red wine sauce is one of our various examples recommended from our chefs. In addition to our numerous meat and fish dishes, we provide lite vital food and different vegetarian dishes. The menu is perfected with seasonal changing meals of the region and ensures a preparation with creativity and great pleasure.

After lunch or in the afternoon we offer homemade baked cakes and pies – prepared of the senior chef – or delicious desserts and farmers-ice-cream specialties. Take a seat at our sun deck and enjoy the landscape with sweet dainties.
