Regional Cuisine

As a supporting business of the biosphere reserve Rhön we highly value local cuisine. Alongside our typical Rhöner and Franconian dishes we also have modern dishes on the menu. Our menu ranges from burgers to alkalizing detox options (basisches Essen), to fish and to meat dishes – there is a variety for every taste. In our kitchen we have centered our focus on freshness, quality and diversity. Allow yourself to indulge in our culinary wonders which have been passionately prepared by our kitchen team.

Besides our fish and meat dishes, we also offer vital food and vegetarian dishes. To complete our menu, we have also included seasonal dishes which regularly change and are always prepared with joy and creativity.

After your lunch or during your coffee session, you can also enjoy our homemade cakes and gateaux baked passionately by our former hotel boss Maria. Additionally we offer delicious desserts and our special country ice cream. Make yourself feel at home on our sunny terrace and enjoy eating one of our nice treats.
